Fake ID Productions and Skiptown Playhouse invites you to SCRIPT SHUFFLE, hosted by the talented duo, Anthony Leyva and Jasmin Please.

SCRIPT SHUFFLE is an exciting evening with live readings of scripts, designed specifically for writers, performers, directors, producers, and anyone else who is passionate about the art of storytelling.

Here's how it works:

Writers submit ten pages of one or several of their works, and we select five pieces to be performed live on stage at Skiptown Playhouse. On the eve of the event we cast the actors on the spot with our Actor/Writer Speed date or "shuffle".

Actors who want to perform will be cast on the spot and get to read these works, bringing the writers' words to life. It's an excellent exercise in cold-reading and a fantastic opportunity for writers to hear what works and what needs adjusting, while getting immediate feedback from a live audience!

Writers If you're interested in submitting your 10 pages, all you need to do is Submit to  us through the form before the deadline. And if you're an actor or attendee, purchase your ticket here below, or you can buy one at the door.

Please note that if you don't buy your ticket prior to the event, we cannot guarantee that you'll get to perform. However, we will always do our best to get as many people up on stage as possible!

Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to showcase your talent, network with other creatives, and celebrate the art of storytelling. We look forward to seeing you at SCRIPT SHUFFLE!
